Welcome to Korambayil Corporate Mall

Thank you for your interest in leasing commercial space at Korambayil Corporate Mall. Before entering into an agreement, we invite you to review the following Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship between the Licenser and the Licensee.

Monthly License Fee

Licensees are obligated to pay their monthly license fee as specified in their individual agreements. The fee should be paid in accordance with the timelines stated in each rental agreement.

License Fee Increment

All parties agree that the monthly license fee is subject to an annual increment, as specified in the respective agreements.

Security Deposit

Licensees are required to provide a security deposit, the terms of which will be outlined in the individual rental agreement. This deposit will be refundable under the conditions stated in the agreement.

Usage and Conduct

The rented premises must be used strictly for the purposes stated in the individual agreement. All tenants are expected to maintain a code of conduct that respects neighbors and other occupants in the building.

Termination

Agreements may be terminated under conditions specified in the individual contracts. Penalties or fees associated with early termination will also be outlined in the rental agreements.

Utilities

Charges for utilities such as electricity and water are the responsibility of the Licensee, as per the terms of the individual agreement.
