Refund/Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Korambayil Corporate Mall for your commercial leasing needs. We understand that circumstances may change, and flexibility is important. Below are our terms regarding refunds and cancellations for our licensees.
Cancellations
Before Lease Commencement
Should you decide to cancel your lease agreement before the commencement date as specified in your individual agreement, please notify us in writing at least 10 days in advance. Depending on the timing and reasons for cancellation, certain conditions and fees may apply as outlined in your agreement.
After Lease Commencement
Once the lease has commenced, cancellations will be treated as early terminations. Specific terms related to early termination, including any applicable fees or penalties, are detailed in your rental agreement.
Refunds
Security Deposit
Upon the termination of the lease agreement, your security deposit will be refunded in accordance with the conditions stated in the rental agreement. Typically, this involves ensuring the premises are left in a satisfactory condition and any outstanding fees or charges are settled.
Overpaid Rent
In the event of an overpayment or if a refund is due for any other reason specified within the lease agreement, the amount will be refunded within 5 working days from the date of termination or the final settlement of accounts.
Process for Requesting Refunds or Cancellations
Notification
All requests for cancellations or refunds must be submitted in writing to the contact details provided below.
Review
Upon receipt of your request, our team will review your agreement and the circumstances of your request to determine eligibility for a refund or the process for cancellation.
Outcome
We will communicate the outcome of your request, including any necessary steps or additional information required, within 5 working days.
